We will schedule a meeting (virtual or in-person) to discuss your goals, timeline, and expectations in detail and to connect with your team so we are all aligned from day one. -
Tailored Proposal
Once we have a clear picture of your vision, we craft a comprehensive proposal outlining scope and deliverables. -
Project Kickoff
Upon approval, we officially begin. For remote clients, all communication and deliverables are shared seamlessly online. For local projects, our team visits the site to capture photos, measurements, and details firsthand. -
Design Development
We will share an initial design preview so you can see the direction and provide feedback. Once you are thrilled with the concept, we move forward to complete the full design ensuring every element aligns with your vision and objectives.

Absolutely. We partner with a trusted contractor for our single-family projects, ensuring seamless communication and execution from design to build. Already have your own team? Perfect. We will collaborate effortlessly with your contractor to bring your vision to life.
For multifamily and larger developments, we integrate directly with your general contractor or construction team, ensuring the design intent is carried through every phase beautifully and efficiently.
Do you handle landscaping?
We specialize in hardscape design, pathways, patios, outdoor entertaining areas and collaborate with expert landscapers to bring your exterior vision to life with curated plant selections and cohesive outdoor flow.
Do you take on projects outside of Houston?
Yes! We proudly work with clients across the U.S. on both single-family and multifamily developments. Our remote design process makes it effortless: you will receive a detailed project packet, seamless communication, and locally sourced materials or vendor coordination all managed with the same precision and polish as our in-person projects.
